Audi Service & Diagnostics in
Northern New Jersey

Thoughtful evaluation. Clear communication. Extensive in‑house capability.

Audi owners need a shop that can handle the full range of maintenance, quality repairs, and advanced systems expertise. At BAAS, every Audi receives owner‑led oversight, methodical diagnostics, and the same disciplined approach used in European dealership and engineering environments — without the volume‑driven pressure.

If your Audi is beyond its original factory warranty — including those supported by third‑party aftermarket warranties — you’ve just found one of northern NJ’s most equitable and transparent independent European luxury service facilities.

How We Approach Audi Service.

Audi vehicles reward precision. They also demand it. Our process is built around three principles:
  • Accurate evaluation before parts are replaced — no guesswork, no unnecessary parts.
  • Clear communication — what we found, why it matters, and what can wait.
  • Long‑term stewardship — maintaining the performance, safety, and value of your Audi over time.
Every repair order generated at BAAS is documented with CARFAX, ensuring your service records are maintained by the 3rd party authority most frequently just to establish trade-in or resale value in the future.

Routine Maintenance for Audi.

Audi’s maintenance schedule is straightforward, but the execution matters. We follow Audi’s service intervals and use OEM or OE‑standard parts and Audi‑approved lubricants. For owners who prefer it, we offer a strict OEM‑only parts path.

For owners focused on long‑term reliability or protecting resale value, we can establish enhanced maintenance standards, with the option for periodic oil and transmission‑fluid analysis. These laboratory reports track actual wear metals and contamination trends, giving you early insight into engine or gearbox health long before symptoms appear.

Common maintenance items include:
  • Engine oil and filter service
  • Brake maintenance and fluid replacement
  • Spark plugs and ignition components
  • S‑tronic/DSG and Tiptronic fluid service
  • Quattro drivetrain and differential fluids
  • Cooling system service
  • Cabin and engine air filters
  • Battery testing and replacement

Long‑Term Audi Ownership Concerns.

Audi vehicles age well when maintained properly. We routinely address the issues that appear as mileage increases:
  • Carbon buildup on intake valves
  • Higher oil consumption on certain engines
  • Cooling system leaks (water pumps, thermostats, hoses)
  • Electrical concerns (door modules, harness wear, intermittent faults)
  • Suspension wear (control arms, bushings, struts)
  • PCV and crankcase ventilation issues
  • Turbocharger wastegate and boost‑related concerns

We identify what’s urgent, what’s developing, and what can be monitored.

Advanced Diagnostics & Electrical Expertise.

Modern Audi systems require disciplined, methodical testing — not parts-swapping.
We specialize in:
  • Check‑engine light and emissions diagnostics
  • Electrical system troubleshooting
  • CAN‑bus and module communication faults
  • Sensor and harness issues
  • Charging system and battery management
  • Audi driver‑assistance systems
  • Intermittent faults that require pattern recognition and deep system knowledge
Our diagnostic approach is built on methodical testing, not assumptions.

In‑House ADAS Calibration & Wheel Alignment.

Most independent repair shops outsource precision four‑wheel alignments and ADAS calibration because the equipment is expensive and the learning curve is steep. At BAAS, we invested in this capability from day one so these critical services could be performed in‑house, under our own standards, with the same precision and oversight applied to every other aspect of your Audi’s care.
  • In‑house ADAS calibration (cameras, radar, sensors)
  • Four‑wheel alignment using manufacturer specifications
  • Tire and TPMS stewardship — attention to detail for pressures, fastener torque, and reset procedures
This ensures your Audi’s safety systems function exactly as intended after suspension work, windshield replacement, or 3rd party collision repair.

Parts Quality & Lubricants.

To ensure the quality of our service, repairs, and vehicle performance is not compromised, we consistently select the best quality parts and fluids for your Audi.
  • OEM or OE‑standard components
  • Audi‑approved lubricants
  • Factory‑level filters and fluids
  • OEM‑only options for owners who prefer strict adherence
This ensures reliability, longevity, and predictable performance.

Third‑Party Warranty Support

For vehicles covered by aftermarket warranties, we handle:
  • Diagnostic documentation
  • Communication with warranty providers
  • Repair authorization
Our goal is to make the process smooth and transparent.

Your Audi, Our Commitment.
