B2B Services.

BAAS offers specialized B2B technical services for smaller auto body and mechanical repair facilities in Northern NJ.

Advanced Technical Sublet Services for Northern NJ Repair & Body Shops.

Opened in September 2022 by Thomas Bollettieri with over 40-years' auto service industry experience, Bollettieri Advanced Automotive Services is ready to deliver high quality b2b advanced technical services with honesty and transparency. If you operate a smaller body shop or general repair shop in Northern NJ we are here to provide hassle-free quality sublet services.

A Trusted Technical Partner for Shops That Value Accuracy and Integrity.

While BAAS supports a range of B2B partners, our primary focus is providing a complete, one‑stop post‑collision repair solution that combines mechanical correction, digital calibration, and advanced diagnostics under one roof.

Post‑Collision Repair: One‑Stop Mechanical + Digital Calibration Support

Modern collision repair doesn’t end with bodywork — it ends with precision alignment, ADAS calibration, and verification.

BAAS provides a complete, single‑facility solution for post‑collision technical work, eliminating the risk, delays, and liability that come from splitting these services across multiple sublet providers.

With OEM‑level ADAS experience, ASE L4 (ADAS) and B5 (Mechanical & Electrical) certifications, and full in‑house alignment and calibration capability, BAAS delivers a seamless, accountable workflow for smaller collision shops without ADAS calibration equipment or space.

  • A Single Sublet for Advanced Post‑Collision Services
  • 4‑wheel alignment with 8‑camera measurement
  • Static and dynamic ADAS calibrations
  • Sensor, radar, and camera verification
  • Module replacement, programming, and configuration
  • Steering angle and ride‑height resets
  • Post‑repair diagnostic scans and documentation
  • Troubleshooting calibration failures without moving the vehicle elsewhere
Why This Matters for Collision Shops - When post‑collision work is split between multiple sublet vendors, shops face:
  • Conflicting results
  • Calibration failures with no clear owner
  • Delays that stall delivery
  • Increased liability exposure
  • Insurance pushback on “unnecessary” claims
  • Quality‑control gaps that lead to comebacks
BAAS eliminates these risks by providing mechanical, digital, and diagnostic post‑collision services under one roof, supervised directly by an owner with OEM‑level ADAS experience, ASE Master Certification along with L1, L4 and B5 certifications.

OEM‑Level Expertise, Zero Dealership Friction:
With 18 years of OEM engineering and diagnostic experience, BAAS understands ADAS systems at a level most independent shops — and many dealerships — do not. This depth allows us to:
  • Diagnose why a calibration failed
  • Identify underlying mechanical or geometric issues
  • Correct the root cause
  • Complete the calibration properly without unnecessary delays
  • Provide documentation that stands up to insurer scrutiny
Your shop gets a single, accountable partner — and your customer gets a vehicle that is safe, verified, and fully restored.

What We Solve.

Shops don’t lose time on the easy work — they lose time on the complex, ambiguous, and high‑risk jobs that stall workflow, tie up bays, and threaten customer satisfaction. BAAS exists to take those problems off your plate.
We support repair and body shops by handling the technical challenges that require deeper diagnostic experience, specialized tooling, or OEM‑level calibration capability. Our goal is simple: protect your reputation, eliminate comebacks, and keep your shop moving.
Common scenarios we solve for B2B partners include:
  • ADAS calibrations that require precise target positioning, controlled lighting, and post‑repair verification
  • Electrical and network faults that demand advanced diagnostic logic and manufacturer‑specific tooling
  • Post‑collision alignment and suspension issues that need accurate measurement and correction
  • Module programming and configuration after component replacement
  • Intermittent drivability concerns that consume hours without clear direction
  • Second‑opinion diagnostics when a job isn’t responding to standard procedures
  • NVH complaints that require specialized measurement and interpretation
  • European‑specific systems that generalist shops prefer not to absorb
Every job is approached with the same philosophy: truth before profit, accuracy before speed, and craftsmanship before convenience.
When you sublet to BAAS, you’re not outsourcing a problem — you’re partnering with an owner‑led specialist who treats your customer’s vehicle as an extension of your reputation.

Why BAAS is Different.

Most sublet providers focus on volume. BAAS focuses on accuracy, craftsmanship, and protecting the reputation of the shops we support. Every job is overseen by an owner‑operator with more than four decades of hands‑on diagnostic, engineering, and OEM‑level experience — not a rotating cast of technicians.
What sets BAAS apart:
  • 40+ years of technical depth across diagnostics, electrical engineering quality, drivability, and complex mechanical systems
  • 18 years with Jaguar Land Rover North America, supporting engineering, diagnostics, and field technical operations
  • ASE Master Technician with L1, L4, and B5 certifications, plus extensive European brand specialization
  • A diagnostic philosophy built on root‑cause accuracy, not parts‑swapping or guesswork
  • A boutique, owner‑led workflow that ensures every vehicle receives senior‑level attention
  • No upselling, no customer poaching, no dealership‑style friction — ever
  • Clear communication and transparent documentation so your shop stays informed and in control
BAAS is not a high‑volume sublet vendor. It’s a precision technical partner built to support shops that value integrity, accuracy, and long‑term client trust.

Facility & Tooling.

Your shop relies on accurate results, and that requires a controlled environment with the right equipment. BAAS operates out of a purpose‑built, climate‑controlled facility designed specifically for diagnostics, calibration, and precision mechanical work — not general service volume. The facility is specifically optimized for post‑collision workflows, allowing alignment, calibration, and diagnostic verification to be completed in a single controlled environment.
Facility Highlights
  • 2,500 sq. ft. climate‑controlled workspace optimized for diagnostic and calibration stability
  • Controlled ADAS calibration zone with optimized lighting and floor geometry
  • Clean, cosmetic‑safe environment suitable for high‑end and post‑collision vehicles
  • Secure, owner‑supervised workflow — vehicles are not shuffled between techs with inconsistent skills.
Tooling & Equipment
  • Autel ADAS with electronic target positioning for precise, repeatable calibrations
  • Atlas 4‑wheel / 8‑camera alignment system for post‑collision geometry checks and adjustment
  • Autologic, Autel Ultra, and J2534 programming capability for European and domestic platforms
  • NVH diagnostic instrumentation for complex vibration and noise complaints
  • OEM‑level scan tools and specialty fixtures for brand‑specific ADAS procedures
This is not a general repair facility — it’s a technical environment built for accuracy, where every job receives senior‑level attention and the right tools from the start.

How We Work With You.

A Simple, Transparent, Shop‑Friendly Process.
Sublet work should never create friction or uncertainty. BAAS operates with a simple, transparent process designed to support your workflow — not disrupt it. Every step is handled directly by the owner, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accountability from start to finish.

Our B2B workflow:
  • Straightforward scheduling Call, text, or email — we coordinate quickly and confirm the job requirements upfront.
  • Clear estimates before work begins No surprises, no vague ranges for common services, no dealership‑style disclaimers.
  • Direct communication with the owner You speak with the person who oversees all diagnostic processes, then approves, and verifies the work — not a service writer.
  • No upselling or customer poaching BAAS does not compete with your shop. Your customer remains your customer.
  • Accurate diagnostics and documented results Every job includes findings, test results, and recommendations you can confidently present to your client, including insurance company requirements for ADAS, and diagnostic pre/post scan reports.
  • Fast, predictable turnaround Work is scheduled intentionally to avoid bottlenecks and keep your shop moving.
  • Respect for your workflow and reputation Vehicles are handled with care, and returned in the condition you expect.
BAAS is built to be the technical partner you don’t have to manage — a specialist who integrates seamlessly into your shop’s operations.

Our B2B Value Is in the Quality of Work — Not Discounted Labor

BAAS is not a volume‑driven sublet shop, and we are not designed to absorb overflow work at reduced rates. Our role is different — and intentionally so.
We provide senior‑level diagnostic, calibration, and mechanical expertise for the jobs that require precision, experience, and accountability. The value we deliver comes from:
  • Accurate diagnostics that prevent comebacks
  • OEM‑level ADAS calibration capability that most shops cannot justify in‑house
  • Specialized tooling and controlled environments that ensure repeatable results
  • Owner‑led ASE Master Technician oversight on every vehicle
  • Clear, defensible documentation you can present to your customer
  • A reputation‑protecting workflow that supports your shop’s long‑term client relationships

Our pricing reflects the depth of work performed — not a race to the bottom. Shops partner with BAAS because they want accuracy, integrity, and peace of mind, not the cheapest available labor.
If your goal is to offload complex, high‑risk, or time‑consuming technical work to a trusted specialist, BAAS is built for you.
