As a matter of efficiency, we have deployed a virtual phone receptionist to handle calls between 10AM and 3PM, but we are available directly when that service is disabled at the start and end of our workdays.
Rest assured that any voice messages or email received during the workday are often returned in less than 1 hour and no more than 4.
