A Direct, Owner‑Led Approach.

At BAAS, I remain your direct point of contact and personally oversee every vehicle that comes through the shop. While my technicians handle much of the hands‑on work, all diagnostics, repair plans, and quality standards flow through me — not a service writer or front‑desk layer.  Learn more about our full range of services here.

What to Expect When You Contact Us.

For efficiency, a virtual receptionist answers calls between 10 AM and 3 PM, and I’m available directly at the start and end of each workday. Voice messages and emails received during business hours are typically returned within one hour, and always within four. Messages left after hours are returned the next working morning.

Easy Access from Northern NJ and Manhattan.

Whether you’re coming from a nearby town or a major regional hub, reaching us is straightforward and predictable.

Frequently Answered Questions.

Below are answers to common questions about scheduling, communication, and how BAAS operates as a boutique, owner‑led European specialist.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. BAAS operates by appointment to ensure every vehicle receives proper diagnostic time and owner‑level oversight. Same‑day or next‑day availability is sometimes possible depending on workload.
Do you handle routine service work like brakes, scheduled maintenance, and general repairs?
Yes. BAAS provides full‑service support for late‑model European vehicles, including brakes, scheduled maintenance, fluid services, suspension repairs, drivability concerns, and general mechanical or electrical issues. All work is performed with owner‑level oversight to ensure accuracy and long‑term reliability.
How quickly do you return calls or emails?
During the workday, messages are typically returned within one hour, and always within four. After‑hours messages are returned the next working morning.
Why do you use a virtual receptionist?
Between 10 AM and 3 PM, a virtual receptionist helps manage call flow so the owner can remain focused on diagnostics and quality control. Outside those hours, calls come directly to the shop.
Do you work with extended warranty companies?
Yes. We regularly work with third‑party extended warranty providers and can assist with the inspection, documentation, and communication required for claim approval within the limitations of your contract.
Do you work on classic, exotic, or specialty vehicles?
Yes — on a selective basis. These vehicles may qualify for direct, hands‑on service by the owner, a 42‑year master technician. Please inquire with your specific needs.
Do you accept walk‑ins for quick checks or code scans?
No. Even simple concerns require proper evaluation. All visits are scheduled to ensure accuracy, safety, and owner‑level oversight.
Do you offer restoration work?
Yes. BAAS performs restoration‑quality rectification of mechanical, electrical, and drivability systems, along with select trim and upholstery repairs. We do not perform paint or bodywork in‑house, but we can coordinate trusted sublet or referral options when needed.
Do you install performance upgrades?
Yes — on a selective, reliability‑focused basis. We support suspension upgrades, brake system enhancements, and exhaust improvements for European vehicles. All recommendations are made with long‑term durability, safety, and drivability in mind.
Can I have my vehicle transported to BAAS?
Yes. Many clients use flatbed transport, especially for high‑value, non‑drivable, or collector vehicles. We can coordinate timing and intake once transport is arranged, and if you need a transport provider, we can offer a referral to a trusted carrier.
Do you handle tires and wheel alignment?
Yes. BAAS performs tire replacement, mounting, balancing, and precision wheel alignment in‑house. This avoids the variability of sublet tire shops and ensures every step meets our quality standards, creating a seamless one‑stop service experience.
Do you offer ADAS calibration services?
Yes. BAAS is fully equipped for in‑house ADAS calibration, including radar, camera, and sensor alignment following repairs, windshield replacement, suspension work, or collision damage. This ensures your vehicle’s safety systems function exactly as intended.

For businesses or body shop operators, our B2B support options are outlined here.

If you have a question or want to discuss your vehicle’s needs, reach out anytime. Every inquiry receives direct attention from the owner and is handled with the same accuracy and care we bring to every vehicle in the shop.

BAAS 24/24 parts warranty policy: All eligible parts sold and installed @ BAAS are warranted for 24 months or 24k miles whichever comes first. When the vehicle is returned to BAAS for parts warranty coverage, labor costs are also covered for the same terms. All parts warranty claims raised where an alternate service provider is selected are limited to parts only and subject to review and final approval by BAAS. Other than repairs rendered by a 3rd party on an emergency basis, BAAS may deny any 3rd party warranty coverage for claims made AFTER a repair was completed. NO warranty coverage is extended or implied for consequential damage to other vehicle components as the result of a warranted part failure.
More details are available upon request and all exclusions will be documented within repair estimates provided for customer approval.
