​Brendan Pasternak is a technician with more than a decade of hands-on experience and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Automotive Technology from Brookdale Community College. His background spans independent repair, franchised operations, customer-facing service advising, and high-accountability fleet services — giving him a disciplined, prevention-focused approach that aligns with the expectations of BAAS clients

Brendan’s technical foundation was shaped in a respected, family-run European and Asian repair facility serving an affluent suburban community, where he trained under an ASE Master Certified Technician. In that environment — known for long-term client relationships and high expectations for accuracy — he developed strong diagnostic instincts, a calm and methodical workflow, and the ability to communicate clearly about complex mechanical issues. His experience includes precision wheel alignments, advanced mechanical work such as timing chain service and engine-out repairs, and the kind of detail-oriented service that discerning vehicle owners rely on for long-term reliability.

He also brings valuable insight from managing the maintenance of a 200-vehicle commercial fleet operating under strict DOT and uptime requirements. That role demanded proactive maintenance planning, precise inspections, and rapid, correct decision-making to prevent breakdowns and keep vehicles in service. This background directly benefits BAAS clients: Brendan understands how to anticipate issues before they become failures, how to maintain consistency over long service intervals, and how to apply fleet-level reliability standards to individual high-value vehicles.

Brendan holds multiple ASE certifications and is proficient with modern diagnostic and shop-management platforms. Outside the shop, Brendan is an aspiring photographer with a passion for the drifting scene and modified cars. He loves to ski/snowboard and partake in almost any sport. He has a particular passion for BMW and modern German vehicles, a personal interest that mirrors the technical curiosity and brand-specific attention he brings to his work at BAAS.
